At Omvyra Labs, we are committed to ensuring your cellular energy system arrives quickly and safely. Below are the details regarding our shipping speeds, processing times, and policies.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday) typically ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the following business day.

You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping for all US orders.

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 Business Days.
    • Cost: $4.95 Flat Rate.
    • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $80.00.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to the following regions: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.

  • Delivery Time: International shipments typically take 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
  • Standard International Shipping:
    • Cost: $4.95 Flat Rate.
    • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $80.00.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Omvyra Labs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Support@omvyralabs.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Omvyra Labs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you are taken care of.

  • Damaged: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Lost: If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If it is still missing after 3 business days, contact our support team.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
