I’m not gonna lie, I mostly got this for the belly.
I lift 3x a week, not crazy, but consistent. Diet’s decent. Still had that lower stomach that just hangs around no matter what.
About 2 weeks in I started running hotter. Sweating more in workouts. Felt like something flipped on.
By week 4 my waist was tighter. Not shredded. Just… tighter. Shirts fit better.
Energy’s up too. I catch myself doing pushups randomly during the day like I used to in my 20s. That part surprised me.
Libido’s definitely up. Not in a weird stim way. Just more there. Morning wood is more consistent than it’s been in years.
I didn’t expect it to hit this many things at once.
